Sculpt & Tone is a fast pace class using light weights that are designed to sculpt and tone every muscle group in the body. This class will give that sleek toned look without building bulk so you will lose inches, retain lean muscle and boost your metabolism while having a fun time doing it.

CORE TRAINING

This class is designed to improve core strength, stability, posture and balance. Core strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Come build a stronger core with this awesome workout class.
