Curtis has been involved with strength and conditioning for 24 years, a passion that originally began when he was young. His experience stems from knowledge of exercise and sport science with an emphasis in rehabilitation. Curtis is a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and loves to train with Body Sculpting and Body Building as his focus, including mobility work and corrective exercise, so that you not only look better, perform better, and feel better.

Dee Dee developed her passion for Fitness and Wellness at a young age. As a dancer, body awareness was extremely important as was staying conditioned and healthy. Upon earning her group exercise certification, Dee Dee immediately began teaching classes to everyone from elite athletes to seniors. Dee Dee continues to stay up on the latest group exercise certifications and techniques which she shares with each of her classes. Dee Dee enjoys various formats of exercise but truly loves inspiring others to reach their health and fitness goals. She believes that maintaining a healthy mind and body is a key component for total wellness.
Joe Ronnebaum is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Fitness Institute Certified Nutrition Coach. Specializing in building custom training and nutrition plans for motivated individuals looking to build muscle, lose weight and learn healthy habits to build and maintain a positive sustainable change in their lives. He offer a variety of plans to fit your schedule, your goals, and lifestyle.
